Web guiding is a key factor in the production of batteries. INOMETA supply innovative precision smooth-running rollers that are also suitable for use in dry and clean rooms. These rollers enable particularly gentle handling of sensitive materials such as separator foils and electrode coatings. They are characterized by minimal friction and smooth running, which increases production speed and reduces material damage at the same time. The use of these rollers in large production lines with working widths of up to 2 meters ensures that consistently high quality is achieved even with high production capacities.

Calender rollers and other rollers used in electrode and film processing must be both highly resistant and precise to optimally handle the delicate materials used in battery production. Our specialized coatings for steel, aluminium, and CFRP meet these demanding requirements. They combine exceptional wear resistance with excellent traction.
Our custom-designed coatings, tailored to specific customer needs and applications, are ideal for safely transporting highly sensitive web surfaces. They can be formulated to be electrically conductive, making them ideal for drying rooms.
