Our high-quality aluminium winding cores, characterized by tight tolerances and excellent concentricity, contribute to efficient production.
Specially designed for use with core shafts and clamping chucks, the Proline version builds on our Ecoline range with optimized specifications, such as individually manufactured inserts protecting the core ends. This significantly increases robustness and extends service life.
Available in standard 6-inch diameter and optionally in 8 and 10 inches, each core is manufactured with the highest precision to ensure tight tolerances and high concentricity.

Aluminium cores offer the ideal solution for in-house or standardized and repetitive production processes. While cardboard cores can only be used a few times, with our WinCore® winding cores we offer an optimal solution for creating a production cycle in which cores can be used more than 1000 times.
