Laminating rollers made of CFRP/GRP & aluminium – all advantages at a glance
Lamination with our aluminium and CFRP rollers significantly enhances the barrier and protective properties of various materials against external elements like moisture, chemicals, and mechanical stress. This translates to reinforced barriers, offering enhanced protection against external influences. Additionally, INOMETA’s technology facilitates the creation of multifunctional materials by combining protective layers, barriers, and structural reinforcement within a single product. In addition, laminating rollers can be used to create textured surfaces that offer both aesthetic and functional benefits. They also enable the incorporation of resin or other substances into a substrate, which improves specific properties such as hardness, flexibility or heat resistance.
INOMETA’s versatile laminating rollers extend beyond mere protection. They can also craft textured surfaces that enhance aesthetics and functionality, as well as incorporate resin or other substances to improve specific properties like hardness, flexibility, or heat resistance.
The advantages of INOMETA’s rollers include
- Production of laminated products with high quality
- Optimal adhesion of material webs and minimization of delamination
- Bonding of several films or webs into a multi-layer material
- Increased strength and stiffness of the composite material
- Improved barrier and protective properties
- Possibility to combine different functions with one material
- Joining thin materials to form a thicker layer
- Coating materials with a protective layer
- Incorporating resin or other substances into a carrier material
- Creating structured surfaces
- Improving slip resistance
