X-DOC doctor bar

Due to its material concept, the X-DOC doctor body can be designed much slimmer than comparable steel products. As a result, X-DOC is particularly suited for installation in narrow spaces, e. g. for the retrofitting of doctors in calenders.

Advantages compared to the steel construction:

  • Adjustable natural frequency and prevention of vibration excitations
  • Slim design with small cross-sections for narrow spaces
  • High damping values (approx. ten times better than steel)
  • Thermal dimensional stability
  • Very low deflection due to the own weight
  • Optionally available with a heatable surface to prevent condensation
