Deflection rollers made of CFRP/GRP and aluminium
Optimize your production lines with our deflection rollers. These rollers ensure precise material deflection for smooth, efficient handling in diverse production processes. Engineered for smooth running, our lightweight rollers combine stability and damping for optimal performance. This unique combination delivers an exceptional balance of weight reduction and enhanced durability.
High-quality materials for stable & optimized production processes
Deflection rollers from INOMETA are generally used in combination with other rollers, as they are used to guide the workpiece between two rollers. They feature a stable roller body made of CFRP, GRP or aluminium, with a running surface customized to your application.
Our deflection rollers are widely used in a variety of industries – virtually anywhere web materials are transported. This includes packaging, printing, plastics, textiles, film, and paper manufacturing.
We offer you application-specific and customized PROTEK® coating options for deflection rollers to meet the individual requirements of your applications. Our coating solutions ensure durable non-stick properties, electrical or thermal insulation or conductivity, traction or sliding properties as well as corrosion and wear resistance. PROTEK® surfaces are also extremely abrasion and chemical resistant, which minimizes the risk of damage and extends maintenance intervals. This reduces costly downtimes and increases productivity.
Our rollers from the INOMETA modular system consist of three product families and are available with different surfaces and surface structures – for example spiral grooved, grooved, concave, convex, structured:
- Deflection roller with inner bearing and dead shafts
- Deflection roller with inside bearings and stub shafts
- Deflection roller with journals for outside bearings
Deflection rollers for customized solutions in all dimensions
Our diverse range of deflection rollers optimizes production efficiency and safety with guaranteed technical performance and smooth operation. With an impressive production capacity of more than 40,000 rollers per year, INOMETA’s vertical range of manufacture includes a maximum length of 15m, a roller diameter of up to 2m and a maximum production weight of up to 20t. We also manufacture deflection rollers in special sizes and shapes – for your individual requirements and to the highest quality standards.
