INOMETA is restructuring its pneumatic bridge adapter family under the INObridge CP name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new top-of-the-range \u201cINObridge CP ProXline\u201d sets the performance benchmark. CFRP laminates that are optimally configured for the relevant format and working width, combined with the highest-quality components, ensure maximum product rigidity and long-term wear protection, reliably preventing vibration and faulty print images even under the most challenging of printing process conditions. The new INObridge CP ProXline pneumatic bridge adapters are designed to cope with even the most demanding applications and to exploit the machine\u2019s full performance potential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INOMETA is planning to launch the \u201cINObridge CP Proline\u201d as an entry-level line into the high-end range. Designed with high-quality individual materials throughout \u2013 as well as a fully optimised CFRP laminate \u2013 this line guarantees high flexibility and stable printing processes. The range is characterised by simple handling and excellent product rigidity, which combines to deliver impressive printing performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A brand-new addition to the INOflex family is the \u201cINObridge CP Ecoline\u201d. This line also features an innovative design that results in a low product weight and incredibly simple handling. The design maximises the use of lightweight materials to produce significant further weight reductions, which also shortens changeover times considerably. This line is positioned as a lower-cost alternative to the new INObridge CP Proline and ProXline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All three product lines boast a wear-resistant design and enable a simple replacement process for structures subject to high loads. As a result of these updates, the already long service life of the INOMETA INOflex bridge adapter has been increased even further.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to the restructuring of the INObridge CP pneumatic bridge adapter family, INOMETA is now able to offer its customers application-specific bridge adapter solutions that are tailored to their specific printing application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the INOflex\u00ae<\/sup> product family \u2013 a system solution for flexographic printing \u2013 INOMETA offers a comprehensive portfolio of lightweight products for use in printing units and other areas of flexographic printing machines. As a specialist in rotating printing unit components, INOMETA develops and produces components that are designed to work perfectly together, including anilox rollers and anilox sleeves, CFRP bridge adapters with hydraulic or pneumatic clamping systems and CFRP air cylinders. INOMETA also specialises in the production of web-guiding rollers and winding cores.<\/p>\n\n\n
