State-of-the-art production space at the Herford site<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The success story of INOMETA, a member of the AVANCO Group, began in 1981 with a modular system which created a comprehensive product range of aluminum web guide rollers and technical tubes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, we offer measurable competitive advantages for innovative technology leaders through tailor-made components and systems, which are adapted to their individually defined requirements. To accomplish this, we apply our unique combination of expertise for the design and production of lightweight components made of fiber composites, as well as the superior level of competence for the development and manufacturing of high-performance functional surfaces comprised of various materials. With our products and technologies, which are derived from the knowledge we have gained from the specific applications of our customers, we are able to create significant efficiency and performance improvements for our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our production and administrative floor space at our Herford site covers approximately 19,000 m2. We utilize cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, and are able to depict the entire value chain from the precise aluminum or composite fiber tube, all the way up to the high-performance roller. A fully automated high-bay warehouse ensures an optimized warehouse management, and serves as a foundation from which our commercial products such as high-precision aluminum tubes, rods or profiles are distributed. We are able to maintain the consistently high standards of our technology products through a permanent process and quality monitoring with a certified ISO quality system. In the global environment, our international sales activities are supported by an excellent network of partners and agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
